In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Silk Hospitality has launched a vaccine campaign to educate, engage and encourage more staff members to get vaccinated. Through a series of Q&A seminars, led by Georgian health expert Bidzina Kulumbegov, as well as learning materials and open team discussions, the campaign aims to provide clarity and informative conversation on vaccine effectiveness.
To make vaccines accessible for everyone, the company is also launching on-site vaccination centres at their hotel sites for all staff. No registration will be required beforehand, making the process as seamless and easy as possible.
In order to recognise the efforts of staff to provide a safe working environment, Silk Hospitality is rolling out a lottery and monthly prize scheme for those who choose to get vaccinated. Prizes range from cash rewards to holiday days, with awards live-streamed on Facebook in an effort to promote the company’s campaign for vaccinations.
Despite these challenging times, Silk Hospitality’s staff have demonstrated outstanding work to keep themselves, their guests and the community safe and protected against COVID-19. Vaccines are the answer to helping the Georgian hospitality sector and wider economy back on its feet, and it is the aim for this vaccine campaign to see that mission through.
