Silk Road Group Real Estate

SRG has established a real estate development arm, Development Solutions, to oversee its real estate projects. This company offers a full range of services from concept development, financial modeling, and procurement to construction management.

From 2006, Silk Road Group began to develop and invest in various real estate projects. Projects developed by SRG include two large Radisson BLU hotels in Tbilisi and Batumi and one Radisson Collection Hotel in Tsinandali, which are managed by Silk Hospitality.

A large mixed-use development in the Black Sea town of Batumi is currently in the planning stage. The complex will include hospitality, commercial and residential elements.

Batumi Riviera

In recent years, Batumi has been in the global spotlight. The Batumi Riviera project, initiated by Silk Road Group in cooperation with the Georgian Co-Investment Fund and designed by the Madrid studio of Chapman Taylor, is a pioneering development which aims to support far-reaching development and benefit the local community through job creation and by bringing new standards of living space and entertainment to the city.

Batumi Riviera will open its doors to luxury travelers whilst also supporting the environment, thanks to the lush greenery surrounding the high-rise architecture. Nestled between the sea and the old city, the 9-ha Batumi Riviera site will be home to indoor and outdoor activities, and incorporate 6 towers, including residential blocks and upscale hotels, a yacht club, a unique casino with views over the sea, shops, cafes and restaurants, a landscaped park and a convention center – all in a convenient location.

Apart from the impressive architecture of the Batumi Riviera, which draws inspiration from nature while incorporating modern elements, the landscape will also include places of tranquillity. Residents and guests will have the opportunity to experience views over the Black Sea and ample green space, centered around an artificial laguna, where small yachts will enter from the Yacht Club passage.
