In dedication to those brave individuals fighting for freedom in Ukraine, Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel proudly hosted the members and soloists of the Lviv Orchestra. For three whole nights from April 11th in Tbilisi, a charity telemarathon was held which saw the beautiful performance of both Georgian and Ukrainian artists in a heartfelt embrace of solidarity.
The crowd of attendees boasted an impressive line-up, including Jamala, Nino Katamadze, the Georgian National Ballet Suhishvili, as well as the Lviv International Symphonic and Georgian Philharmonic Orchestra under the well-renown conductor Nikoloz Rachveli. Among the guests, we were also proud to see the very special Masha Efrosinina, Ukraine’s beloved television host and media personality.
Hosted by famed actress Nino Kasradze and successful entrepreneur Valery Guzema, the event saw an incredible turnout for donations. In the spirit of aid and charitable efforts, everything that was raised will go directly to the non-profit HelpUkraine which supports those families who suffered incalculable losses during the conflict.
In a time where families have been torn apart, and many are seeking refuge from war, Silk Hospitality stands ready to support and shelter those most in need. We look forward to hosting similar gatherings like this at the Tbilisi Concert Hall, and hope these initiatives bring some peace and comfort to those facing the very worst of the impacts in Ukraine.
