In recognition of the hotel’s outstanding guest experience and hospitality portfolio, this award was granted after a year-long search for Europe’s best travel brands in the industry.
The World Travel Awards, celebrating its 28th anniversary this year and is recognised globally as the ultimate hallmark of industry excellence. The awards are complemented by a series of regional gala ceremonies which are attended by key influencers and figures in the travel business. This year’s Business Hotel winners were chosen through a rigorous process of votes cast by sector professionals and public alike. Moreover, a record 2,033,494 votes were registered in 2020, highlighting a surge in confidence for the tourism world.
