Last week Silknet was able to announce that it had entered into a partnership agreement with SAS, the US-based world leader in advanced analytics. The partnership will enable Silknet to apply the most advanced customer data analytics solutions in Georgia, including one of the best-in-class customer loyalty systems.
In attendance at the signing of the partnership agreement was US ambassador Kelly Degnan, who highlighted the many advantages of digital cooperation, stating that “we are really thrilled to see an American company and Georgian company working together in the sector that is not the future, it is of the now.” SAS Regional Vice President Shukri Dabaghi added that “advanced analytics and SAS know-how combined with Silknet capabilities and understanding of the market will provide an engine to accelerate digitalization in both the public and private sector”.
The sentiment was echoed by George Ramishvili, chairman of Silknet’s supervisory board, who praised the “digital bridge” being built between the US and Georgia: “For Silknet this is another successful step in introducing the latest technologies to Georgia for the benefit of the whole country.”
Silknet looks forward to unlocking new opportunities through this new partnership, leveraging the latest data-based tools to provide a leading service for business clients and consumers.
